How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject "QuitMojo account deletion request" and include the email address used for your QuitMojo account. We may ask for reasonable verification before completing the request.
Do not send your password, reset links, access tokens, purchase tokens, payment card data, or other secrets.
What deletion covers
When we process an account deletion request, QuitMojo deletes associated app account data where legally and operationally possible.
- Account and profile data.
- Quit progress, smoking baseline, currency, NRT profile, and settings tied to the account.
- Journal and event history, including cravings, panic or anxiety events, relapse events, NRT usage, notes, timestamps, and intensity.
- AI mentor conversations, summaries, context, safety flags, and provider-run metadata associated with the account.
- Device-linked attempt state where applicable and supportable synced data.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained when needed for security, anti-abuse, fraud prevention, billing, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or operational integrity.
Google Play subscriptions
If you have an active Google Play subscription, deleting your QuitMojo account may not automatically cancel the subscription in Google Play. Please cancel active subscriptions separately in Google Play to avoid future charges.
Expected handling
We aim to handle deletion requests in a reasonably quick period. If a request is unclear, we may reply asking for the account email or other safe verification details.
